Cuba Entirely Without Power After Hurricane Ian

HAVANA (Reuters) – Cuba’s electrical grid collapsed late on Tuesday, leaving the entire country without power shortly after the passage of Hurricane Ian, which ravaged the western end of the island with violent winds and flooding.

Lázaro Guerra, Technical Director of the Electric Union of Cuba, said a failure in the national electric system, in part associated with the storm, had affected infrastructure, state-run media reported.

Guerra said the union would work through the night and early Wednesday to restore power.

M.I.A embraces Christianity after vision of Christ, risks losing ‘progressive’ fans: ‘Jesus is real’

Popular mainstream artist M.I.A. says she became a born-again Christian after having a vision of Jesus Christ, and it’s something she’s proud of even if it may cost her her career.

In a conversation with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, M.I.A., born Mathangi “Maya” Arulpragasam, revealed that a vision of Jesus Christ in 2017 turned her world upside down.

The vision of Jesus convinced the “Paper Planes” singer to become a Christian despite years of pushing back against tradition. 

“Since then, my head has been in a totally different place. Being a Tamil and being a Hindu, I was very comfortable that I’d arrived finding myself. Which is, I think, going to be weird for America to process,” she told Lowe of her divine vision. “But I had a vision and I saw the vision of Jesus Christ.”

Evangelist Franklin Graham’s “God Loves You” tour throughout the U.K. concluded on Saturday with thousands of people receiving a message about hope, peace, and having purpose in life.

Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and the Samaritan’s Purse humanitarian ministry, traveled to Liverpool, South Wales, Sheffield, and London to share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

More than 7,600 people came out to ExCeL London on Saturday to hear Graham speak about God’s unwavering love for us.

‘Making Decisions For Christ’: ‘Lifemark’ Star and Producer Alex Kendrick Reveals Amazing Salvation Stories Happening Inside Theaters

Actor and producer Alex Kendrick expressed gratitude this week for the success of his new movie “Lifemark” and revealed the monumental impact the film is having on audience members, with some reportedly accepting Christ inside movie theaters.

“We’ve got just a flood of responses and people even making decisions for Christ in the theater,” Kendrick told CBN’s Faithwire “We’re very grateful for what’s going on and can’t wait to see what else God does.”

Considering the subject matter and seemingly prophetic release of “Lifemark” — a movie about adoption released on the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade — the fact the film so deeply resonates with so many is understandable.

Modern Prophecy: A Worldwide Pre-Tribulation “End Of Age” Harvest And Revival

This prophecy speaks of a massive soul harvest that will be a bookend to the church period and bring it to a close.  This isn’t the gigantic soul harvest spoken of to occur during the Tribulation, but rather a global revival and soul harvest prior to that time, which will bring in the final saints of the church period, and bring this time period, and biblical dispensation, to a close, which will then followed by the Tribulation and the Millennial Kingdom.  As a special bit of note, if I’m understanding this correctly, and its related supporting bible verses, this will occur side by side with the wheat and tares prophecy of Matthew.

A Shakeup In The US Military

Apparently, at some point in the near future, there will be a civil war of sorts within the Pentagon, and military traitors, both enlisted, and officers, but especially the latter, will be outed and exposed, revealing their treasonous actions, and support for our enemies against the people of America.  These officers will be disgraced, stripped of their rank, and removed from the armed forces, with some likely going to jail, others maybe receiving more severe punishments.  Either way this will be a major purging of the military command structure of all those who are treasonous to our nation within our armed forces.

(this is a subset of the Arrest and Removal of the Corrupt prophecy, but which focuses specifically on the military, rather than generally as does the main prophecy.)
