Prophecy News Watch : Sharia Isn’t Just About Prayer And Diet

This is where the discussion needs to become more serious.

Many Americans hear “Sharia” and imagine something roughly equivalent to Christian rules about prayer, fasting or personal morality.

For millions of Muslims, much of Sharia observance is indeed personal: prayer, fasting, dietary restrictions, charitable giving and financial practices.

But historically, Islamic jurisprudence has also addressed matters that Western societies place firmly within civil and criminal law.

Depending upon the country and interpretation, Sharia-based legal systems have addressed marriage, divorce, inheritance, financial transactions, sexual conduct, blasphemy, apostasy, criminal punishment and the legal status of religious minorities.

That doesn’t mean every Muslim supports every such application.

But it does explain why asking a prospective United States senator exactly what he means by following Sharia isn’t prejudice.

It is basic democratic accountability.

Because the question isn’t whether El-Sayed should be allowed to practice Islam.

The question is whether any portion of Islamic jurisprudence could influence how he exercises governmental power.

How Can I Heal?

Not only was I unaware of my need for healing, I’d worked hard at forgetting my past. But as God gently pursued me with His love, I realized that before I could let go of my past, I had to face it.

It didn’t happen overnight. It was a process. And it started with surrendering my past to Him and trusting Him enough to do the next thing He asked me to do — like telling someone.

Bringing my secret out into the open was the hardest step. But in doing so, God’s truth exposed the lies and set me free.

Facing my hurts allowed Him to heal my wounds and grieve the losses I’d experienced.

Other steps included writing my sexual history list and praying for Him to dissolve those past bonds I’d created, allowing me to bond completely with my husband.

I don’t know what your story is, but God does.

He knows what needs healing and the past bonds you need to break.

He’ll lead you step by step as you surrender to Him.

Don’t believe the lie that your past disqualifies you from having God’s best for your future.

Because it’s not true!

Regardless of what’s happened in your past — whether from your own choices or of others’ forced on you — God can and will heal you.

You can keep the past from following you into marriage and robbing you of the intimate bond God desires for you.

I know, because He’s done it for me and countless others.

And He wants to do it for you.

He’s just waiting for you to ask.

MSN News : Cook downgraded Republicans’ chances of keeping the district from “likely Republican” to “toss up” following Miller’s refusal to leave the race.

Story by Terell Wright

In North Carolina, Edwards ended his re-election bid earlier this month after the Ethics Committee said the lawmaker engaged in “persistent unprofessional and inappropriate conduct towards two young female staffers” and recommended that the House vote to censure him.

Last week, GOP state Rep. Jennifer Balkcom was picked to replace Edwards in the House race. Race rater Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball downgraded the GOP’s chances of holding the district to “tossup” from “leans Republican.”

Gomez was the latest lawmaker to face a probe. On Monday, the Ethics Committee said it was investigating allegations that he engaged in sexual misconduct, including “inappropriate sexual contact with a House staffer.” Gomez said that he “made personal mistakes outside my marriage” but called his actions consensual and said they didn’t violate ethics rules.

Under California’s election rules in which the top two primary finishers advance regardless of party, he will face another Democrat, Angela Gonzales-Torres, in the November race.

Empathize with His Inner World

If you are married to a survivor of complex childhood trauma, understanding his or her inner world is one of the keys to cultivating a meaningful marriage. I have heard trauma survivors describe their inner worlds as “a constant noise” they live with. The noise has a lot to do with the hyper vigilance we touched on. Sadly, these survivors are used to the noise, and they own it as normal. Because the trauma impacted them at such an early age they do not know anything other than the noise. It is their normal. But this noise profoundly affects how they perceive, interpret, and experience life. The “noise” can also go up in volume depending on if a situation is particularly overwhelming.

Think of it like this. You are walking down the side walk in a neighborhood where snakes have recently been spotted. Everywhere you step you are cautious, and you frequently glance behind you to ensure that nothing is slithering along at your heels. Suddenly, out of the corner of your eye, you think you see something curled up in the grass. At that moment, without any conscious effort on your part, an alarm is fired in your brain and a physiological sequence of events is activated. Hormones are released. Your heart rate speeds up. Your blood flow engages with a new priority, which is to help your arms and legs fight or flee. And your brain quickly determines which one to do, fight or flee. This all happens in a split second. Then you realize it’s a false alarm. What you are seeing is just a garden hose. You breathe a sigh of relief, but now you’ve been spooked. You hasten your steps to get out of that neighborhood. Finally, once you are out of harms way, your heart rate begins to return to normal, your blood flow returns to supporting your vital organs, and you are no longer in fight or flight mode. All is well.

Now, imagine living in that hypervigilant or “spooked” mode constantly. Imagine not being able to find an exit from the neighborhood. That would be an exhausting way to live. But that is how many survivors of childhood trauma live everyday. In childhood they lived with threat and danger. Not only did the trauma convince them that they are perpetually unsafe (there is always a snake at their heels), but it ravaged their neurobiological development.  Now the alarms are constantly going off and there is little reprieve. The ability to regulate thinking, feeling, and physical sensations is profoundly fractured, and the ability to have appropriate and fitting internal responses to adult stresses is severely compromised. Their brains have difficulty properly regulating the flight, fight, or freeze response. As a result, it is difficult for them to fully experience enthusiasm and absorb good experiences, though on the outside they may look like they are living a well adjusted life.

It is not hard to empathize when you understand these inner realities with which childhood trauma survivors live. Meeting your spouse with kindness and compassion is a loving way to respond to their hypervigilance. You may be the first safe family member with whom your spouse has ever lived. This is a tremendous opportunity for you to build toward intimacy.

Demon Buster : WITCHCRAFT IN THE HOME

Witchcraft is after your home.

Your marriage, has been bombarded by marriage-breaking spirits and divorce spirits.

These curses are generated by powerful witches’ covens.

Recently there was a group in Africa that cursed every Christian marriage in America and every Christian home.

Now your children are constantly bombarded by witches’ covens and by the devil by the use of witchcraft.

It causes them to be rebellious, to be for violence and anger to enter them.

This is not only done to your children and your home, but your husband is being bombarded on every side, business, entertainment, recreation, education, and I mean it’s a closed-in situation and I mean witchcraft is abounding every time you turn around.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through pornographic magazines.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through pornography in ads.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through drug peddlers.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through the seducing scenes, and rebellious scenes on television and movies.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through rock music and through much of the country music.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through whiskey ads, beer ads, smoking ads.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home by the depicting of white magic and white witchcraft for good.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through the astrology, signs of the zodiac, self-help programs, self hypnosis programs.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through tobacco, the seducing ads in the tobacco industry.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through the games of the Rubik’s cube and some of the eye-catching electronic games, including Nintendo, etc.

👿It’s witchcraft attacking your home through the mind, boggling medicine that he doctor dispenses, such as tranquilizers, and the pain pills. The word medicine in the scriptures is used only as “cure”, never as “relief.”

The pyramid and its power or force has crept into the home in many ways. A pyramid shaped cover for plants was promoted at one time.

The promoters said you could grow plants faster under it and stimulate the plants.

Also advertised was a pyramid shaped stove with mysterious heating ability, and a pyramid paper weight.

Some people were even creating a pyramid by putting a thumbtack in the top of a door frame and running a string to the opposite sides to the bottom, and then sitting under this pyramid to draw power and to refresh themselves.

All these have been perpetrated upon the home.

Does our worship please God?

All forms of witchcraft (manipulative control), are regarded by God as idolatry and therefore cursed. This includes any form of paganism such as Druidism, nature worship, New Age practices, white witchcraft, all forms of freemasonry, Christian and other cults, etc.

Adultery, sodomy, polygamy, sex outside of a marriage as God ordained, and all forms of sexual perversion and other sexual sins, and pornography, are liable to be cursed.

“Fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:” (Colossians 3:5)

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” (Proverbs 18:21)

“With his mouth, the godless man destroys his neighbour but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.” (Proverbs 11:9)

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.” (1 Samuel 15:23)

All forms of unrepentant unforgiveness and revenge, wishing harm to someone, inordinate anger or rage, hatred and any such negative emotions can potentially bring a curse and open doorways or portals.

“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:14-15)

“To me belongs vengeance and recompense; their foot shall slide in due time.” (Deuteronomy 32:35)

Violence and all things associated, such as weaponry and martial arts, including movies and video games and online gaming esp. any that don’t glorify God.

“The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion.” (Psalms 11.5)

Anything to do with death cults, such as hell’s angels, skull and skeleton figures, zombies, especially animal sacrifice and blood, or murder, including imagery and paraphernalia, tattoos, costumes or clothing, anything to do with Halloween or horror movies.

Things can be cursed by people too, and some witches of various types and religions and peoples have a propensity for cursing things. For example, many of the Red Indian tribes practised witchcraft and cursed their sacred lands, especially burial grounds. These curses are real and can be deadly.

Places, mountain regions, or lakes, etc. with names including words like ‘hell’, ‘devil’ or ‘death’ have often been found to be dangerous.
