Demon Buster : The Father has all ready promised victory for His overcomers but we must do our part.

Know who you are. I John 5:4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

We are to overcome the world.

The world is the devil’s social and economic system that would seek to control all people on earth; including us.

Jesus Christ gave us (the overcomer) the power to undo (I John 3:8) the power of satan by giving us the authority to be overcomers.

Here’s how powerful we are to be: I John 4:17 “Herein is our love (power) made perfect (complete) that we may have boldness (now) in the day of judgment. (John 16:11; Romans 8:17-23)

Right now we are fully endowed, commissioned, chosen and appointed to destroy witchcraft (rebellion against God the Father) in our homes, schools and country, and to live a peaceful and Godly life. (I Timothy 2:2)

We do have all authority over the enemy (Luke 10:19).

We are to walk in power as Jesus Christ walked.

I John 2:6 “He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.”

Nothing is left out of our control.

(Hebrews 2:8).

Jesus Christ said that He had the power to keep others and that we have that same power. (John 17:12) “I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.”

Jesus Christ is still praying for us. (John 17) Peter’s faith stood through testing.

On the day of Pentecost Peter rose and preached and 3,000 souls believed on the Lord Jesus Christ.

We have the same spiritual prayer support that Peter had.

Luke 22:31-32 “And the Lord said, Simone, Simone behold, satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for thee.

That thy faith fail not and when thou art converted, strengthen they brethren.”

The same keeping power that Jesus Christ used is available for us to keep loved ones.

John 17:15 “I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.”

John 17:20 “Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word.”

We are still abiding under the prayers of Jesus Christ and should walk boldly as an overcomer as He planned for us to do.

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but are spiritual. (II Cor. 10:4) The following is a model prayer as a suggestion to stop witchcraft.

CONFESSING HATE

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “hate” is defined as intense hostility and aversion, usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury. If  Jesus boiled down the 10 commandments to two laws, which were “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength and all your mind,” and “Love your neighbor as yourself,” how can we find it OK to disobey?

If we ever find an excuse to justify hating on another, especially someone who is innocent of the attack, we directly refuse the teaching of Jesus Christ.

CONFESS

  • Are you secretly pleased over the misfortunes of others?
  • Are you secretly annoyed over the accomplishments or advancements of another?
  • Are you guilty of any contention or strife?
  • Do you quarrel, argue, or engage in heated discussions?
  • Are you a partaker in any division or parting spirit?
  • Are there people whom you deliberately slight?

We already know that whatever is in our hearts determines what we say (Matt 12:34), so take it a step further and question the secret thoughts that no one hears. They are still things we say, just not aloud.

Luke 5:45 tells us:

A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart.

It doesn’t matter what others do or how others act, let’s leave nothing undone on our part. We’re not perfect, and we need God’s Holy Spirit to help us turn the tide of negative thoughts, feelings and words, but hating on other people is sin at work displayed for all to see. We know it’s not the right way.

The Jews use this very word, the apostle does here, of the angel of death; who is called darkness F6; and the devil is called by them, (Kvwx lv rv) , “the prince of darkness” F7; and mention is made by them of (amle ykwvx) , “the darkness of the world” F8; from whom the apostle seems to have taken these phrases, as being in common use among the Jews; who also use it of civil governors F9, and render it, as here, “the rulers of the world”, and say it signifies monarchs, such as rule from one end of the world to the other F11: some copies, and the Ethiopic version, leave out the phrase, of this world.
