Perhaps the most #important lesson is that #Christians should stop assuming the #Antichrist will initially look like the Antichrist.
If #Scripture portrays him as #deceptive, #persuasive and #politically #successful, the world’s first reaction to him may not be fear.
It may be relief.
After years of #wars, #economic #turmoil, #political #division and constant #threats of something worse, #humanity could become #desperate for someone promising #peace and #stability.
