Trudeau Persecutes Truckers but Ignores Left-wing Ecoterrorists Who Just Caused MILLIONS in Damage

Violent, weapon-wielding, left-wing terrorists last week attacked an energy company in Western Canada, imperiling employees’ lives, causing millions in damages, and setting equipment alight. Yet Prime Minister Justin Trudeau doesn’t appear poised to use his Emergencies Act powers — declared earlier this week and approximating martial law — against them. Those he’s reserving for the peaceful truckers protesting his draconian COVID restrictions, who now must endure violence against them perpetrated by authorities.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the non-government terrorism, writing that “Canadian company Coastal Gaslink is building a 670 kilometres (416 miles) pipeline project across British Columbia to safely deliver natural gas across the Canadian province…. The project will help heat Canadian homes in the long dark winters. But pro-China leftists hate the idea and want the pipeline shut down” — by any means necessary.

This brings us to what some presumed Trudeau voters did just days ago. As the Vancouver Sun reported Thursday:

Violence has erupted at a Coastal GasLink pipeline work site in Northern B.C., leaving workers shaken and millions of dollars in damage.

Very early Thursday, just after midnight, Coastal GasLink security called RCMP [Royal Canadian Mounted Police] for help, reporting it was under attack by about 20 people, some wielding axes.

RCMP Chief Supt. Warren Brown, commander for the north district, called the attack a “calculated and organized violent attack that left its victims shaken and a multi-million dollar path of destruction.”

Coastal GasLink said in a statement the attackers surrounded some of its workers in a “highly planned” and “unprovoked” assault near the Morice River drill pad site off the forest service road.

“In one of the most concerning acts, an attempt was made to set a vehicle on fire while workers were inside,” said the company in a statement. “The attackers also wielded axes, swinging them at vehicles and through a truck’s window. Flare guns were also fired at workers.”

Turns out the lasting image of the Freedom Convoy protest at Parliament Hill will not be bouncy castles but that of a woman with a walker being trampled by a police horse.

The violence the Prime Minister has expressed concern about during the three-week protest in Ottawa didn’t unfold until Justin Trudeau’s Emergencies Act police army was sent in to disperse the crowd.

The three major incidents Friday, under a form of martial law, were grotesque.

Video of Toronto Police Mounted Unit officers charging into the crowd and at least one horse trampling multiple people — including an elderly woman with a walker — was disturbing.

His work as a journalist was likely a cover for espionage on behalf of the Germans.”

There have been a few snowball fights, some hockey games, and a bit of dancing. But if they wanted the truckers to turn violent, seizing their children and pets could do it.

The two organizers of the protest have been arrested: Chris Barber and Tamara Lich. Have they incited a riot or burned any buildings? No. Their beloved nation is now Communist Canada.

Videos shared on social media show police snipers on rooftops looking down as peaceful protesters are being abused, beaten, peppersprayed and arrested en masse.

A parliament session where Trudeau’s emergency order could have been challenged was conveniently canceled this morning “on the advice of security officials,” WSJ reported.

Trudeau vows to freeze anti-mandate protesters’ bank accounts

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken the unprecedented step of invoking the Emergencies Act to crack down on anti-vaccine mandate protests.

Mr Trudeau said the scope of the measures would be “time-limited”, “reasonable and proportionate” and would not see the military deployed.

With no need for a court order, banks will be able freeze personal accounts of anyone linked with the protests.

Hundreds of demonstrators remain in Canada’s capital city.

On Sunday, law enforcement cleared anti-mandate protesters at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor – a critical pathway for Canada-US trade – after a week-long stalemate.

What began as a rally against a new rule that all truckers must be vaccinated to cross the US-Canada border, or quarantine upon return, has grown into a broader challenge to all Covid health restrictions.

Trump on Freedom Convoy: ‘Mandates Are Very, Very Bad — You Can Push People So Far’

During Saturday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Fox & Friends Weekend,” former President Donald Trump reacted to the so-called Freedom Convoy protests underway throughout Canada.

Trump touted vaccine efforts but criticized mandates.

He also warned that despite the protests taking place in Canada, the situation in the United States was “far more of a tinderbox.”

“People all over the world are watching, and they have respect for what they are doing,” he said. “They’re tired of being pushed around by incompetent people, being told what to do, being forced with the mandates. The mandates should have not happened. I’m very proud of Warp Speed. Everybody has given us credit. Nobody thought it was possible to do what we did. And that includes therapeutics by the way Regeneron and the various therapeutics that worked so well.”

“But what we did with Warp Speed was great,” Trump continued. “But the mandates are very, very bad — very, very bad. And I think there’s a lot of respect for what they are doing. I see they have Trump signs all over the place, and I’m proud that they do. But that’s what happens. You can push people so far. And our country is a tinderbox, too. Don’t kid yourself. And there are plenty of our country up there right now, folks. When you look at what’s happening — when you look at what’s happening in Canada. Our country, I think, is far more of a tinderbox than Canada.”
