Prophecy News Watch: The Loss Of Social Obscurity

Privacy has never meant that nobody can see us in public.

Something subtler has traditionally protected everyday life: obscurity.

You could walk through a restaurant, attend a church service, shop at a store or have an awkward conversation without assuming that the moment would permanently follow you.

Someone might remember what happened.

But usually there was no searchable video archive of it.

AI glasses threaten that social expectation.

Imagine a world in which every stranger may be wearing a camera capable of recording what they see. Add facial recognition, automated analysis and AI-generated memory systems, and ordinary life begins looking very different.

Every employee becomes recordable.

Every disagreement becomes uploadable.

Every embarrassing reaction becomes shareable.

Every stranger becomes a potential broadcaster.

And increasingly, the person wearing the glasses may not even need to decide consciously which moments to preserve. Artificial intelligence can begin helping make that choice.

Prophecy News Watch : But Munich Also Contains A Warning – Israel should remember the failures of the Munich campaign as carefully as its successes.

In 1973, Israeli operatives in Norway mistakenly killed Ahmed Bouchiki, an innocent Moroccan waiter they believed was a terrorist operative.

The incident became an international scandal and demonstrated the enormous danger of intelligence errors in operations built around individual targeting.

Justice without precision can quickly become injustice.

That makes today’s extensive use of video evidence, facial recognition, interrogation and multiple intelligence sources particularly important.

If Israel claims the right to pursue October 7 perpetrators years after the attack, it also carries the responsibility of getting the identities right.

But Munich offers an even bigger lesson.

Israel hunted many of the men connected to Munich.

Yet terrorism did not disappear.

Organizations changed. Leaders changed. Tactics changed.

The ideology survived.
