The Watchers : NWS Tulsa forecasts heat index values up to 42°C (107°F) from 12:00 LT (17:00 UTC) to 19:00 LT (00:00 UTC on September 15) on September 14 across portions of northwestern and west-central #Arkansas and east-central, northeastern and southeastern #Oklahoma. #Delaware and #Ottawa counties are also included. The office specifically identifies increased heat-illness risk for people not acclimated to the conditions and those performing strenuous activities.
