When most people hear the word “submit,” the first thing that comes to mind is doing something against their will, or being forced into a particular situation.
But submission isn’t about giving in to someone else’s demands or being a doormat.
It’s actually quite the opposite.
In the #Bible, submission is closely related to #obedience.
It’s about willingly following God’s leading, no matter what the cost.

When we submit to Him, we’re saying that we trust Him and His plan for our lives even when we don’t understand it.
And as we do this, we experience His love and #protection in a deeper way.
