There is nothing scientifically mysterious about why Thursday’s moon will appear red. During a lunar eclipse, Earth passes between the sun and moon, while Earth’s atmosphere filters the sunlight passing through it. Shorter blue wavelengths scatter more easily, while more red and orange light continues through the atmosphere and reaches the lunar surface–the same basic phenomenon responsible for brilliant red sunsets.
Astronomers can predict eclipses far into the future, which means this eclipse didn’t suddenly appear in response to today’s wars, earthquakes or political crises. Christians have repeatedly made the mistake of assigning specific prophetic significance to eclipses, comets, planetary alignments and other astronomical events, only to watch predicted dates come and go without the expected prophetic fulfillment.
Biblical watchfulness should never become prophetic sensationalism. Yet there is an opposite mistake that deserves just as much caution: becoming so determined not to sensationalize prophecy that we begin ignoring what prophecy actually says.
The Bible really does say that extraordinary signs are coming in the heavens.

You might write off someone as a possible friend just because he or she has a different personality from you or doesn’t share many of the same interests and viewpoints. But if you do that, you can miss out on building a potentially great friendship. The truth is, there might still be things you can connect on. You might also discover that those differing interests or perspectives makes that person fascinating to be around.
The Bible instructs us to show respect to everyone, and essentially value all types of people (1 Peter 2:17). 
That includes those with backgrounds, personalities, preferences and viewpoints that differ from yours [I’m not referring here to matters of definite right and wrong, but rather to varying ways of thinking that are morally neutral]. Remember that everyone has something unique to offer. Learning to appreciate individuals for who they are is an important way to strengthen connections. Others will feel comfortable being around you, because they know they don’t have to fit a certain mold to be your friend.
For instance, some of my closest friends are introverts, while I’m 100 percent extrovert. If one of these friends plans a trip to visit us, she may need intermittent breaks to be alone while she’s staying with us (so she can recharge), while I could chat nonstop. Or, my local friends may not “need” to go out to lunch as much as I do. Understanding their needs, even when that’s not the way I’m wired, has kept these friendships going for many years.

It’s the demons INSIDE of you!
A lot of “Christians” talk about and say they believe in DELIVERANCE (the actual casting OUT of demons in the name of JESUS),
But I ask them, “Do you cast out demons as JESUS commanded all Believers to do in Mark 16:17?”
“No” is always the answer.
Read the Scripture.
No private interpretation.
Nothing hidden between the lines.
No deep hidden meaning.
No way to read it in any other way except, “THOSE THAT BELIEVE SHALL CAST OUT DEMONS”.
Also note that the Scripture does not say ONLY to cast the demons OUT of non-Believers.
If you feel guilty, THAT is a demon.
However, the Holy Spirit should be putting some conviction on you.
If not, maybe the Holy Spirit is not there with you.

Thousands of years before anyone used the modern phrase “blood moon,” the prophet Joel wrote, “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come” (Joel 2:31). The Apostle Peter repeated those words in Acts 2, connecting the imagery of the heavens with the prophetic Day of the Lord.
Then there is the unmistakable language of Revelation 6:12: “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.”
Jesus Himself warned that the period surrounding His return would be accompanied by extraordinary celestial events, declaring in Luke 21:25 that there would be “signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars.”
So when millions of Americans walk outside Thursday night and see a reddish moon hanging over the nation, the question is inevitable: Are we witnessing a sign of the times–or just another eclipse?
The answer requires biblical discernment rather than either sensationalism or dismissal.

So who is a Believer?
Every person who has accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
You become a Deliverance Minister when you cast OUT your first demon, in the name of Jesus.
Hopefully, you have already done that, and continue doing it daily.
Do you have a problem?
Where is the problem radiating from?
Obviously someplace inside your earthsuit (body).
Well, if the problem is caused by demons, guess where the demons are?
INSIDE your earthsuit!!
This is why Jesus said to cast the demons OUT.

Wars are raging, nations are threatening nations, extreme weather and devastating floods are striking communities around the world, and earthquakes continue to shake populated regions. Political instability is spreading, geopolitical tensions are rising, and millions increasingly sense that the world has entered a period of unusual turbulence.
And now, on Thursday night, millions of Americans will look up and watch the moon turn red.
Beginning on the evening of August 27 and continuing into the early hours of August 28, Earth’s shadow will move across the moon in one of the deepest partial lunar eclipses most Americans will ever see. At precisely 12:12 a.m. Eastern Time, the eclipse will reach its maximum, with approximately 96 percent of the lunar surface covered and only a thin sliver remaining illuminated.
As the eclipse deepens, much of the moon could take on shades of copper, orange and blood red. Nearly one billion people across the United States, Canada and Latin America are positioned to see the entire eclipse, weather permitting, making this far more than an obscure astronomical event visible only from some distant corner of the world.
Under ordinary circumstances, it would simply be a spectacular night in the heavens. But these aren’t ordinary times, and whenever the moon turns blood red against the backdrop of war, natural disasters and geopolitical upheaval, Christians understandably begin thinking about Bible prophecy.

A strong M6.0 earthquake registered by the USGS hit the Hokkaido region, Japan, at 13:44 UTC on August 23, 2026. The agency is reporting a depth of 43 km (27 miles). EMSC is reporting the same magnitude and depth.
The epicenter was located 34 km (21 miles) SSW of Honchō (population 4 482), 36 km (22 miles) S of Urakawa (population 12 800), 67 km (42 miles) SE of Shizunai-furukawachō (population 22 436), 124 km (77 miles) SSW of Obihiro (population 165 851), and 183 km (114 miles) SE of Sapporo (population 1 973 832), Hokkaido, Japan.
1.9 million people are estimated to have felt light shaking, and 3.4 million weak.
The USGS issued a Green alert for shaking-related fatalities and economic losses. There is a low likelihood of casualties and damage. No estimated GDP loss data are available.
Overall, the population in this region resides in structures that are resistant to earthquake shaking, though vulnerable structures exist. The predominant vulnerable building types are adobe block and unreinforced brick with mud construction.
Recent earthquakes in this area have caused secondary hazards such as landslides and fires that might have contributed to losses.
Teachers may not wear masks, hoods, or disguises in public, presumably to prevent confusion or fear among students. Costume parties excluded… maybe.
